Football Australia today announced the official site training venues for the 2023 Women’s World Cup, and Port Melbourne SC was delighted to learn that our home ground of JL Murphy made the cut!

JL Murphy is one of 13 venues around Australia chosen as an official training venue, and one of three in Victoria alongside Lakeside Stadium and Reggio Calabria Club (Parkville).

The club hosted FIFA delegates in February 2020 to showcase the ground, working together in cooperation with Football Federation Australia, Football Victoria and the City Of Port Phillip.
